Strategic Planning Case Study
I worked with a family business that was embarking on a new era, having recently transferred ownership to the next generation, and it was the right time to revisit the business’s strategic plan. Through a process of individual and group coaching, I worked with the new directors to identify their core aims and direction for the business. I am an advocate for encouraging Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) in strategic planning, whereby success is measured by the Tiple Bottom Line pillars of Profit, People and Planet.

Through a series of coaching and planning sessions, facilitating open discussion, and challenge, I worked with them to produce a Triple Bottom Line 3-year Strategic Plan. As part of the Planet agenda the organisation has succeeded in obtaining B-Corps accreditation. They have increased their turnover by 20% and profits are finally turning a corner due to the effective cost control measures undertaken.
